I talked with the family and they agreed it could be an idea to go for life insurance. This is where it gets tricky for me as I know how to insure the bike, but myself? It's a confusing position to be in if you've not done it before. However I stumbled upon a company called Beagle Street, who have tried to make it easier to work out what you would need from life insurance with the Life Insurance Calculator.
What impressed me is if you put the figures in correctly, it gives you a comprehensive list of how much cover you could get before having to pass over personal information, even providing a link to show how they calculate it from the data you put in. Once you are happy request a quote. It's that simple.
