30 Day Song Challenge - Day 5

Day five is a song that reminds me of someone.

This one is a special one for me, as it reminds me of the day's when mum was in Mount Vernon's cancer unit . Every time,without failure this song would always come on, just as we drove to the motorway. It was like a sign that despite all that was happening around us, all the traffic, and wanting to see mum, that everything was ok and Mum was being taken good care of. :)

This song i cannot listen to, ( I even had to mute it when looking for an embeddable video)

30 day Song challenge, Day 3

30 day Song challenge, Day 3 is a song that makes me happy.

This has to be a song which i rarely listen to, purely due to its amazingly greatness. I feel to listen to it excessively would spoil it somewhat. It is a song that bought me close to tears hearing it live at Wembley so many years ago.
I only wish they would go back to making music like this, as there music now sounds too mass produced, this is saddening.

One thing. A comment on the official video (not embeddable - boo) made me well up, I've a screen shot below. If you are a youtube user Please can you go to pkmaster1155's channel and pass him some words of encouragement. To sing this song takes a lot work, especially at a family funeral.

I have taken up a 30 day challenge. No not a keep Paul away from chocolate. but maybe next time.

It is Thanks to Nickie at I am Typecast that I saw a link to the 30 Day challenge facebook page which she liked.

I have decided to take this challenge as a strangely fun way for you to see the mind of daddy, but if possible I will also host a mixtape of all the songs in 30 days. Yes it will be full of fail.

Today is Day1: My Favorite Song: Without a doubt it has to be Mansun's Legacy from the awesome Album, Six. It's a song which has never left my side, and is always on my mp3 player or phone. I love it too much, sad i know. But this song got me through the worst days of my life and kept me up.
