User guide

This is an enormous amount of goodies to come with a device, showing how dedicated Nokia are to making these complete for all device users, from the humble featurephone to the highest of high end smartphones and MP3 players, something i'll get onto later in this post.

Build Quality.
The moment you look at the case they come in you can tell they produced with care and attention to detail down to the slightest details like adding a pouch for accessories which come with the set. This is perfectly thought through and implemented in an extrememly amazing manner, Nokia may be going through changes which I dislike, but they know how to make an amazingly designed product.

Active Noise Cancellation.
Now this amazes me, how they do it. I have looked them up on how stuff works and clearly it's witchcraft to me especially cramming 8 microphones into these badboys, but they work so well.
The flick of the switch brings you into pure silenced, aural heaven. Although even without Cancellation on the sound is still great, with only slight loss of quality from external noise,

Sound quality.

The Nokia BH905i's deliver truly amazing audio quality. something my old skullcandy's and Bose set could not achieve, I even tried to upset them with extremely bass heavy jungle from the Jungle massive CD's, they held up and performed even better than i expected.
My musical taste is somewhat strange, from Chiptunes, to full out heavy metal and then some cheesy pop thrown in the middle and these hold up to the challenge exceedingly well.

Call Quality
In addition to the 8 noise cancelling microphones crammed in here there are an additional two for call handlling which also provide perfect communications during conversations. Voiced were a lot clearer than I am used to on the standard Nokia nokia HS125 Headset. were good, and noise issues again limited by the noise cancellation microphones.

Charge,

In the two weeks I used them I charged them three times. and they were extensivly used wired and over Bluetooth they held up exceedingly well. To the point I don't think I drained the battery despite my relentless attempts to drain the battery failed quite badly. I could not drain them however I tried, from Skype calls through the PC's internal bluetooth or copius bass abuse from interFace Pirate Radio streams.

Price

In honesty the Nokia BH905i headphones are a truly remarkable set, well worth the £190
the build quality, the multitude of connectivity options, the look and feel of the headphones is truely remarkable

I give these a rating of 5 out of 5 stars.
Everything about the set is perfect. I can't wait to own a set of my own.

The Nokia BH901i headphones are avaliable directly from Nokia UK. The trial period was offered by the amazing people at 1000Heads, the word of mouth guru's and WomWorld/Nokia, and Nokia for offering the blogosphere these oppertunities

Until next time,

Paul!

P.S. They really wanted to stay here with me. Look at there sad face. *wipes tear*

The poor blighter's I hope they have fun at there next home.
