This has had me enlarging and peering at my computer screen. I may have even frowned a bit. My best guess is that it's taken out of a train window, but then where was the train going? I love pictures like this, even if I'm completely wrong, who cares? I'm quite happy telling myself a little story about it :-)
HI Renata. Indeed you are correct. Long exposure through an East Midlands Train from St.Pancras to Corby, stopping at our stop, Luton. It's a high speed shot of Harpenden at around 100MPH
