Well, hello there Vodafone! Nice to be back with old red!
We moved to Vodafone today, thanks to the great web relations team they have on there Facebook and Twitter pages.
In moving from three we knew we would be paying more for less, as in less minutes and 250mb, of web allowance, which seems like a let down from 2gb. but the change here is we are paying for the quality and stability of the network the devices will latch on.
Now the web team are a credit to Vodafone in itself! Even with there openness about the credit check as it threw up a little red flag! (thanks Orange for defaulting me on money you OWE ME!)
the lovely team informed me I needed to pay a deposit for the cheaper line, which at the time was no problem, until they told me it was £100!
Or I could wait 3 months to show we're good for paying our bills, which I understand with the financial situation that is ongoing right now!
I also enquired about the Vodafone Sure Signal Femtocell to use here, and they offered it to us for free! so double wow!
Thank you Vodafone for sorting this between my course and being so open about it.

As soon as I saw your blog, the "hooker1uk" seemed familiar, and I actually remember you being quite the active contributor on the forum back in 2008! It was a shame when you left, but at least you've returned now.

I'm pleased to see you've shown your face on the new forum already. It's changed a lot since 2008, the team has quadrupled in size, but as you've already experienced, you'll still get the same great service as we always offered.
